Dessert of Apricots

20 apricots
7 oz (200 g) Riccotta cheese, or tvorog, or farmer's cheese
4 tbsp ground walnuts
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup whipping cream


Cut the apricots into halves, remove kernels.

Blend all other ingredients thoroughly.

Fill the every apricot half with the mixture, and serve on a flat dish.
